I am on the cover of Sistah’s Place Magazine. Why? Well, I am the CEO and founder of Sistah’s Place, but the real reason is I am a two time breast cancer survivor and I have a story to tell. I want encourage, give hope, inspire, and motivate the next woman who gets diagnoised with Breast Cancer that they can and will make it. I wanted to raise awareness about Breast Cancer as well as be informative with tips, recommended products, and advice for the side effects of chemotherapy.

There is so much that I want to do that I am on a healing journey and a road to discovery who I have become after Breast Cancer. It’s an amazing journey as I allow the holy spirit to use me to connect with other likeminded women. We are warriors anchored in Hope for a cure to Breast Cancer. We are advocates for equal treatment of Black and Brown women in health care crisis. I feel we have to use our voice to tell our stories and stand up to Breast Cancer. We are fighting a battle that some loose their life to but I promise to keep fighting by helping to provide the resources, support, network to connect women who need a warrior to pray them through the war.
